- Who is Chief Dave? First, he is not the late David Joseph Farrar AKA Chief Dave Foxx, 1957 - 2001. Chief Dave Foxx was a professional wrestler who was 1/2 of the team "Tribal Nations" the other half Chief Jules Strongbow, nephew of Joe Scarpa AKA Chief Jay Strongbow.

- Can you tell me something about the building? Ii is an underground manmade facility in Missouri which had (has) its start as an underground mining operation of limestone for the concrete and farming industry, with a twist: using the carelully engineered left over "empty space" leased to business. Chief Dave has been heavily involved with this enterprise for 20 years, and it is an ongoing operation. According to Chief Dave it is 680 acres of area underground. Will it be well organized? Well it will be from the more one shot page which is off of the one shot page.
Was this a stock gun? Of course not. I will put up some pictures, but it was far from stock - Equipment list includes hi-grade McMillan Stock, 1-stage Benchrest Jewell trigger, hair trigger, and high-power large objective scope.
In conclusion what is of highest priority amongst the following? Proof, Privacy, Viewers, Promises. Privacy is number one, and because it is official, no personal identities can be revealed nor anything that will impinge on the Privacy statement. Secondly Promises Chief Dave gave to his friends to not reveal there identity, as he has his own privacy policy. His friends become our friends with regard to now our promises, as outlined at RimfireCentral.com. Viewers come in next to last, with regard to building the case for proof as well as helping with the intellectual interest. Lastly and last is Proof. It comes in dead last in importance. This is a moral statement and is the "crux" of the first statement above.
