No sprayers is included. This is not for ahead of Bluing or Parkerizing, but preparation and final product is very versatile, and comes with full directions.
It creates a completely conductive coating on various bare metal - not for use, accidental or otherwise on plated or galvanized steel - like chrome plating, for example. It converts much oxide and rust with a conductive coating which once dried, shows to be immune to further corrosion. It has been shown to improve welding and adhesion of paints, primers, coatings, plating, and anodizing.
Because this is expensive in metal content, (It is not a mixed product, it is not just phosphoric acid, for example) it is not inexpensive:

Directions:
It is applied to self-react to the steel from one to two minutes (cheat on the lower side), then the excess chemical is either wiped dry with a cloth or rinsed off under running water for 40 seconds, then used wet immediately for wet processes it is compatible with (Cold Bluing), or high-heat dried for dry storage, welding without the splatter and greater strength, and for later use. It is not recommended for its use prior to general Parkerizing or conversion coating (example MolyFusion) use, because it prevents penetration, adding a dense conversion phosphate coating of its own.
Eye Protection is required due to an ultra-low pH. However It is classified safe and non-reactive, nonflammable, etc to use. It is safe to store and also a safe-to-ship formula.
