Tarnished brass sleigh bells

I have some extremely tarnished brass sleigh bells that I want to clean. I have tried several products that I have found on the market and I have only succeeded in removing a small amount of the tarnish. I am looking at the Arrow Heavy-Duty Brass/Copper Cleaner. Can you furnish additional info on this product or advise if this product (or if you have any other) might make these bells look brass again? Thank you.

In short yes. In addition you only need the smallest bottle possible (4 oz. for 7.96) unless they are very large. Because it is a concentrate, and makes up to 28 oz. of solution. It will completely resolve all tarnish either into a shine or a reaction depending which portion of the directions you follow. Now Prevention of Brass & Copper Tarnish

Once you have used Arrow Brass and Copper Cleaner, especially to a super bright and shiny finish per directions, to prevent Brass and Copper Tarnish, you must protect it from the air and oxygen. This is done with Wax (Like Automotive Carauba wax) or with a clear or laquer finish on top of the finished surface.
